Iberorent rents flats per day. All rates shown are per night for two people in the low season. Minimum stay of 3 nights in all the apartments.
There will be a charge of 20 euros per additional person, up to the total number a flat can take.
Rates are subject to the season. During the month of August will be an increase of 20%.
For studio-apartments situated in the Miraconcha area, the increase is of the 40% from 15 June up to 15 of September.
The price of the accommodation includes:
The stay
Bedding and towels
Running expenses ( water, gas, electricity)
V.A.T.
Not included in the price:
The cleaning of the flat on check out date ( the price is subject to the number of rooms).
Extra services
Check in and out : an additional amount of 20 euros is charged for check in or out after 9 p.m., and of 50 euros for check in or out between 12 p.m. and 8 a.m. |
