1. Booking and payment You can make a booking by paying the 25% of the total amount of the price of the stay. Iberorent will confirm your booking.
The remaining 75%, plus the cost of the cleaning service, and the deposit, should be paid in cash when checking in.
The deposit is subject to the inventory of the flat, although the corresponding amount of each flat will be indicated in the estimate.
The deposit will be returned on the check out day, as long as the flat is in the same conditions as it was initially rented.
2. Check in and out Check In time: starting from 2 p.m. Check Out time: 12 p.m. at the latest
If you wish to change check in or out time, please contact us in advance so that we can adjust to your needs.
*an additional amount of 20 euros is charged for check in or out after 9 p.m., and of 50 euros for check in or out between 12 p.m. and 8 a.m.
3. Cleaning The flat should be left in a reasonably clean and tidy state, and with the original furniture distribution. Part of your deposit will be otherwise withheld.
4. Changes and cancellations policy Changes: For changes notified at least a month and a half (90 days) in advance there will be no commission charges. With shorter notice there will be a charge of 50 euros.
Iberorent will feel free to change the flat in the case of this being damaged ( in the event of a leak, repairs in the building etc.) Should the customer not agree with the change, they will be entitled to be fully refunded.
Cancellations: For cancellations made within 60 days before the check in day there will be a commission charge of 50 euros.
For cancellations made later there will be no refund.
These terms will be applied also under circumstances beyond the customer’s control or an act of God.
5. - Number of people included in the booking When making the booking the customer must inform Iberonet of the exact number of people that will be staying in the flat. It is strictly forbidden to include more tenants than as indicated in the booking.
In the case of a breach of contract from the customer, Iberonet will feel free to put an end to it. The customer will not be entitled to compensation or refund.
6. – Responsibility of Conduct The contract holder and the rest of the tenants are held responsible for their conduct, which must be correct. If not, Iberonet will feel free to ask them to leave the flat without the right to compensation or refund. |
